Corporate Responsibility

At TMF being a good corporate citizen is something we take extremely seriously. Our approach to corporate responsibility supports this position and is something that we will strive to ensure that it touches every aspect of our business.

TMF defines corporate responsibility as action taken by the Group which positively impacts our clients, our investors, our people, our suppliers and the communities around our businesses, and which includes and goes beyond our legal or regulatory obligations.

We aim to set, maintain and promote high standards of corporate responsibility within our operations and examples of this commitment include:

- investing for the long term to bring out the best in our people;
- engaging with clients;
- seeking to manage our environmental impacts;
- maintaining effective health, safety and security management systems; and
- ensuring the highest standards of good governance and business ethics through, for example, our Code of Business Conduct.

We have established a senior management team to oversee our work in this area and to advise the Board of Directors on corporate responsibility matters.

We believe that a positive record as a conscientious employer, acting responsibly and with integrity, will enhance our reputation and contribute to our long-term financial success.

The partners and employees of TMF will to the best of their ability:

- comply with relevant regulations governing the protection of occupational health, safety standards and labor, environmental, and business practice of the jurisdictions in which we conduct business;
- adhere to the highest standards of conduct intended to avoid even the appearance of negligent, unfair or corrupt business practices;
- establish a team to promote corporate responsibility practices within the Group's business;
- regard implementation of the Group's corporate responsibility policy as an ongoing project and seek to improve the Group's performance year on year; and
- review the policy's effectiveness and implementation on a regular basis, and report relevant findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
