On June 26, 2009 TMF Brasil acquired Serpac with offices in Sao Paolo and Rio de Janeiro. With three directors, Antonio Campos, Alexandre da Silva Nogueira and Luis Guidetti, and 58 paralegal staff, Serpac is one of the main players in the corporate secretarial and paralegal market place in Brasil.
The company was originally established by Pinheiro Neto Advogados, a leading law firm in Brasil, and spun off in 2007. Serpac specializes in the incorporation of limited liability companies, certifications and business and real estate licenses.
The three directors, with the full support of Pinheiro Neto, were quick to see the advantages of integration in the TMF network and the obvious synergies of working with TMF Brasil.
Decio Deep, country managing director of TMF Brasil, considers Serpac to be another excellent market entry opportunity and intends to offer each client bookkeeping, payroll and corporate secretarial services.
