Acquisition of APS Buchfuhrungs- & Steuerberatungs GmbH

In February 2006, TMF acquired APS Buchfuhrungs- & Steuerberatungs GmbH in Vienna, Austria.

APS has a team of around 20 highly qualified employees, and is well known for its considerable expertise in providing its clients with services at an outstanding quality that matches their individual requirements. It specializes in providing accounting, payroll, tax consultancy, human resources, labor and expatriate law, and IT services.

APS joins the established TMF office in Vienna, a highly qualified and experienced team of 10 headed by Alexander Walther. TMF Austria has primarily been focusing on company administration for clients that benefit from Austria´s favorable tax regime and its extensive double treaty network. Since Austria has originally been a gateway to the markets in the CEE, numerous international corporations have moved their CEE headquarters to Vienna; TMF Austria´s now full-fledged organization will be able to render the full scope of back-office services to such multinationals.

The new office is headed by Gabriela Fischmeister, Hans Langegger and Alexander Walther.
