Acquisition of Asian Financial Service (AFS) in Hong Kong

In February 2007, TMF acquired AFS in Hong Kong, thereby expanding its accounting, payroll, tax compliance and corporate secretarial services in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong team (51) is managed by Ken Deayton and Adrian King. AFS has a large diversified client base, mainly small to medium sized foreign companies.

By combining the current TMF operation with Baker Tilly and AFS in Hong Kong, TMF is expecting to obtain high efficiencies and to service clients best.
