Acquisition of Chariot Consultants in Hong Kong

In August 2007 TMF acquired Chariot Consultants in Hong Kong. Chariot Consultants was established in 1994. The company has, since then, been providing management, accounting, corporate secretarial and payroll services to corporate clients and individuals in Hong Kong.

The company has a large client base and currently has six employees. The activities will be merged with TMF's current operation in Hong Kong, creating additional opportunities to provide services to clients.

With this acquisition, TMF is continuing to implement the strategy of increasing its footprint in Asia and around the world.
