Ernst & Young BPO - Bolivia

Acquisition of the Business Process Outsourcing Division from Ernst & Young Bolivia
In February 2007, TMF acquired the business process outsourcing business from Ernst & Young in Bolivia, and has expanded its bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and tax compliance services in La Paz. The client base consists of large international clients (US stock market listed).

TMF Bolivia has eleven employees in La Paz. They will be managed by Mr. Jose Romero, the former director of the Ernst & Young BPO department.

TMF management believes that there is the opportunity for significant growth in Bolivia by being a regional, independent provider of BPO services.
