Acquisition of the Business Process Outsourcing/Payroll Services Unit from Ernst & Young Slovakia

As of October 1, 2007, TMF will expand their already strong base in Slovakia by acquiring the Business Accounting/Payroll Services Unit from Ernst & Young. The unit consisting of staff and clients will be fully integrated in the TMF Slovak business.

This acquisition forms part of the continued strategy to further strengthen TMF's global presence.
