Acquisition Corporate Secretarial Services Division from Ernst & Young Dublin (Ireland)

In October 2006, TMF acquired the corporate secretarial business from Ernst & Young in Ireland. This has enabled TMF to expand the base for providing company secretarial services to Ireland. Corporate secretarial services is a fully operational service line of TMF. Activities are coordinated by the team in Luton (UK) which uses TMF's extensive network for local services.

The Irish team is led by Jacqui Conroy.
