Acquisition Corporate Secretarial Services Division from Ernst & Young Australia

In November 2006, TMF acquired the corporate secretarial business from Ernst & Young in Australia. This has enabled TMF to start providing company secretarial outsourcing services to companies in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. The current client base is diversified and includes funds and subsidiaries of multinational corporations.

Corporate secretarial services is a fully operational service line of TMF. Activities are coordinated by the team in Luton (UK) which uses TMF's extensive network for local services.

TMF expects to grow the business in Australia by increasing employees and expanding the service lines to include accounting and payroll services.
