Acquisition of Executive Management Trust (Amsterdam)

In July 2006, TMF acquired Executive Management Trust (EMT). This company, based in Amsterdam and owned by management from 2000, was previously owned by Ernst & Young.

EMT primarily provides management and domiciliation services to a diversified client base, including both stock listed as well as privately owned companies. EMT has 40 employees.

EMT's directors (Colin Longhurst and Peggy Gunn) will continue to manage EMT and oversee the integration with TMF's national management & accounting services.
