TMF has acquired IN CONTROL OSS YK in Japan. TMF now has 10 employees in Japan.

IN CONTROL provides accounting, payroll, reporting and tax compliance services to branches or subsidiaries of foreign companies in Japan.

This acquisition forms part of the continued strategy to further strengthen TMF’s Asian footprint.
