Acquisition Business Process Outsourcing Division from KPMG Chile

By acquiring the BPO division of KPMG in Chile, TMF now provides bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and tax compliance services to a diversified client base comprising mainly Chilean subsidiaries of foreign companies.

The team of TMF Chile (34) in Santiago is managed by Mr. Carlos Jeria (a former KPMG Partner).

The acquisition will provide TMF with a strong base in Chile from which to grow and forms part of TMF's objective of providing BPO services across Latin America.
