Acquisition of Vokad, the Netherlands Antilles

In January 2007, TMF acquired Vokad in Curacao. TMF Netherlands Antilles has moved offices and has joined the team of Vokad (11) at their premises. This acquisition strengthens TMF's position in the Curacao market, enabling efficiencies through economies of scale and better processes.
