Acquisition of Zarf Trust BV (Rotterdam)

In March 2006, TMF continues its expansion with the acquisition of Zarf Trust Corporation BV, a well-established independent provider of management and administrative services in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The acquisition establishes a further strategic foothold for TMF to expand its base in The Netherlands.

Zarf has a team of 19 highly qualified employees, and is managed by Jan Versteeg, Hans Versluis and Mark Timmermans. Zarf intends to immediately start working closely with TMF to integrate its services, and so the team will shortly move premises to join TMF in Rotterdam at Westblaak 89, where Hans Versluis will assume the responsibility for management of the Management & Administrative Services unit.
