Acquisition of Acttitude - Chile (November 2007)

In November 2007, TMF has increased presence in Chile by the acquisition of the biggest accounting and outsourching firm of the market, Acttitude Ltda., former BPO practice of Ernst & Young.
TMF is already present in Chile and the two companies will merge to form the office in Chile. It will increase the size of TMF Chile to approximately 180 employees. This now is the biggest TMF office in Latin America and the second in the entire group. Cristián de la Cerda of Acttitude Ltda., who was the regional leader of BPO practice in Latin America for Ernst & Young, now heads the TMF Chile office with the Country Managing Position. This acquisition is in line with TMF's strategy to increase its capabilities to provide BPO services across Latin America.
