Acquisition of Business Process Outsourcing Unit from Ernst & Young - the Czech Republic (October 2007)

As of October 1, 2007, TMF will expand their already strong base in the Czech Republic by acquiring the Accounting Services Unit from Ernst & Young. The unit consisting of staff and clients will be fully integrated in the TMF Czech business.

This acquisition forms part of the continued strategy to further strengthen TMF's global presence.
