Acquisition of BPO division Grant Thornton in Thailand (October 2007)

In October 2007, TMF acquired the BPO business of Grant Thornton in Thailand. The services provided are bookkeeping & accounting, payroll and corporate secretarial services. There are 25 employees in Thailand and 3 in Hong Kong.

This acquisition forms part of the continued strategy to further strengthen TMF's global presence.
