Acquisition of BPO practice from KPMG - Mexico (November 2008)

In November 2008, TMF acquired the BPO business of KPMG in Mexico. Josefina Ortega (managing director) and her team of 24 persons joined the TMF organization. TMF now has a significant presence in Mexico with offices in Mexico City and Monterey and with 80 employees in total.

This acquisition forms part of the continued strategy to further strengthen TMF's global presence.
