Acquisition of Lord Securities Corporation - November 2008

We hereby proudly announce TMF's further expansion with our recent acquisition of Lord Securities Corporation (New York and Houston). Lord has been providing SPV ownership, management and administration services to its clients in the United States and abroad since 1972.

Lords has a strong and recognizable brand name within the US structured finance marketplace and is regarded a credible player. Through this acquisition, TMF is able to strengthen its market position, offering solutions in all the major global financial centers. And through the combination of Lord's services and TMF, Lord's clients can now be offered a more comprehensive range of accounting and corporate secretarial services. 

In addition, the acquisition of Lord will give TMF Group a platform from which we can expand our global suite of services into the United States.

Lord is managed on a day-to-day basis by Ben Abedine and Orlando Figueroa.
