Acquisition of LTC in Singapore (August 2007)

In August 2007, TMF acquired the business and corporate services departments from LTC in Singapore. The team comprises of 11 employees. TMF Singapore provides bookkeeping and reporting services, domiciliary and management services and payroll services. Furthermore, TMF Singapore can provide for nominee shareholders and administrative support.

With this acquisition, TMF is continuing to implement the strategy of increasing its footprint in Asia and around the world.
