Acquisition of Nitin Shingala - India (February 2008)

In February 2008, TMF acquired N. Shingala & Associates in Mumbai, India. N. Shingala & Associates provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, company law and tax compliance services. It services international clients and has a good network in the Mumbai market. Nitin Shingala, with his team of 20 persons, have joined the TMF organisation.

This acquisition further strengthens TMF's presence in the Asian market.
