Acquisition of the Business Process Outsourcing Division from KPMG Colombia (June 2007)

In June 2007, TMF acquired the business outsourcing division from KPMG in Colombia. The team (44) operates from Bogotá. KPMG BPO's client base largely comprises of multi-national corporations. With this acquisition, TMF Colombia has expanded its bookkeeping and reporting, payroll, tax compliance and administrative services.

This acquisition forms part of the strategy to develop TMF's BPO business throughout Latin America and provides TMF a strong base for future growth in this region.
