Acquisition of Vered Shibolet Consulting Ltd., Israel (June 2008)

In June 2008, TMF acquired Vered Shibolet Consulting Ltd. in Tel Aviv, Israel. Vered Shibolet Consulting provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, corporate secretarial and tax compliance services. It services international clients and has a good network in the Israeli market. Liat Shibolet and her team of 10 persons, joined the TMF organisation and is now part of its, already existing, Israeli operations.

This acquisition further strengthens TMF’s presence in the Israeli market and the Middle East.
