Acquisition ITS & GITS in Paris, France

In January 2007, TMF acquired ITS and GITS. The office in Paris now comprises 30 employees.

ITS and GITS provide VAT refund, corporate secretarial, payroll, and bookkeeping and reporting services to -amongst others- large insurance companies and small to medium sized foreign entities that have no presence in France.

Brigitte Kervella of ITS and GITS, who is an experienced manager with excellent contacts in the Paris market, now heads the VAT and payroll business of TMF in Paris.
