TMF welcomes new addition

Global Access Advisory Partners, commonly referred to as GAAP, was established in Japan in 2002. It is a unique and professional service firm providing a wide variety of specialized and back-office support and accounting services to SPVs and real estate investors. Now more than ever, multinational companies need to know that their balance sheet is accurate, timely and in sync with current global standards. And at a time when personnel, capital and information are fluid and cross borders on a daily basis, GAAP's solid professional experience can offer the kind of services required - right now - to assure management's ability to focus on one thing: managing the business. TMF saw the value in GAAP and made an acquisition in April 2009 by convincing GAAP's founding partner, John Dorff, and his business partner, Mel Igarashi, to join the TMF family. Through this acquisition, TMF Japan has grown to 25 members. Through TMF, GAAP will continue to provide SPV and general accounting services, management reporting, outplacement of professionals for accounting and HR projects, payroll and HR advisory services, tax preparation assistance, management representation and outside director services, business registration, and corporate secretarial services.

John and Mel: "We are excited to be a part of TMF! The synergies between GAAP and TMF will make this an easy transition and will enable us to hit the ground running on delivering top-notch professional services to the marketplace. Our opportunity joining the Integration Academy and Strategy Sessions was a fabulous experience to see and hear first-hand where and how our combined 30 years of professional experience, of which 25 years has been in Japan, compliment the TMF story. Let it be known...as the 2nd largest GDP in the world, Japan is now open for business!"

Please join us in welcoming them to TMF
