Independent services
As an independent equity owner and administrator, Lord can assist a transaction sponsor receiving appropriate tax, regulatory or legal treatment. For example, Lord is involved in a significant number of single-seller and multi-seller asset backed commercial paper conduits where our services range from providing equity capital, officers and directors, and a registered office, to placing the paper through our dealer network, managing all treasury functions, and producing regular financial statements.
