Felipe Bahamondez

 Felipe Bahamondez, holds a degree of Licenciado en Derecho (J.D. equivalent) from the e University of Chile Law School(1991) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard University Law School (1993). He also holds a Diploma on Regulation & Competition from the  University of Chile Economics School (2007); and a Diploma on Competition Law from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Law School (2008). Mr. Bahamondez is a founding partner of BAZ DLA Piper. He previously worked with Cariola Diez Pérez-Cotapos y Cia. Ltda., Santiago, Chile (1994-2000) and with IIC at the Interamerican Development Bank in Washington D.C., USA (1993-1994). He has been recognized in recent years, among others, by “IFLR 1000” as “Leading Lawyer 2016”,by “The Legal 500” in “Electricity, Oil & Gas” and as a recommended lawyer by “Latin America Energy and Infraestructure 2016”.

Luis Parada

Luis Parada (Santiago, 1975) holds a degree of Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales (J.D. equivalent) from the Central University Law School (2000) and a Master in Corporate Law (LL.M.) from Chile’s Pontificia Universidad Catolica Law School (2005). He also holds a Diploma in Labor Law and Social Security from  the same university (2007). Mr. Parada has been a partner of BAZ DLA Piper since 2012. He previously worked as an associate for Bahamondez, Alvarez & Zegers Ltda. (2002 – 2011) and with Fundación Instituto Profesional Asociación Chilena de Seguridad (2001-2002). He has been recognized in recent years, among others, by Chambers Latin America 2016 as“Leaders in their field” in the area of “Labour and Employment”, by Who´s Who Legal as “Corporate Immigration Lawyer 2016” and by The Legal 500 as “Recommended Lawyer” in “Labour and Employment”.

He has more than 13 years of experience in international marketing, project management, sales, customer service and foreign trade. He is also a professor at the School of International Business at the University of Valparaiso.
