Joined TMF back in 2012 as Client Account Manager handling some of the biggest global accounts in Colombia. Moving into the role of onboarding officer making sure the proper transition between sales and delivery services was aligned and is currently Commercial director ensuring the entry of new businesses globally. Diana understands the complexities that can arise when a company seeks to expand internationally and ensure clients are aware of it, simplifying processes for them and aligning expectations to reality.
Diego Baracaldo – Business Development Manager
8+ years of experience working in marketing and sales areas in services companies, helping his clients to achieve their strategic goals and expand business around the world. Diego started his career in PwC Colombia, in 2021 joined TMF as Business Development Manager.
Karolina Roberto – Tax Senior Manager in TMF Group
Karolina served as Tax Manager at EY Colombia and Deloitte Asesores y Consultores Ltda for more than 14 years. Karolina has over 16 years of experience in tax matters, has participated in work tax planning, tax diagnosis, due diligences, tax consulting, review and preparation of tax returns of legal entities and individuals, review and preparation of deferred tax under NIC12, and tax outsourcing.
She is a professional in Accounting from the National University of Colombia, a specialist in Tax Law and International Tax Law at the Externado University of Colombia.
Alejandro Gaona – Taxes Supervisor
Professional career at Deloitte and BDO Colombia for tax services, with more than 6 years of experience. Joined TMF Group in 2019 as Tax supervisor, for the Colombian market.
Liseth Gualteros – Taxes Supervisor
Professional career at EY Colombia, performing the role of Tax Senior, and more than 4 years at KPMG as a Tax Analyst, recently joined TMF Group as Tax Supervisor for the Colombian market.
