Helmi Yusoff

Rewards Leader (ASEAN Emerging Markets), Mercer 

Helmi is with Mercer’s Career solutions business and is based in Singapore. Prior to joining Mercer, Helmi was a Senior Rewards Consultant with another leading human resource consulting firm. He has managed or supported a range of HR consulting projects in the areas of rewards, sales incentive plan design and competency design. He has experience working with clients across a range of industries such as public sector, engineering, air transport, media, logistics, chemicals and sovereign wealth fund. His client work and speaking engagements have taken him across Asia. 

 

Samuel Tan

Director, Singapore Health Consulting, Mercer

Samuel is Mercer Marsh Benefits’ Singapore Health Consulting leader. He has 10 years of experience in managing and consulting on employee benefits programs for clients ranging from large multinationals to emerging start-ups across multiple industries. His team is responsible for supporting our clients in the areas of benefits plan design and redesign, benefits harmonization, claims analysis & cost containment strategy, flex feasibility study, pricing and cost projections, and wellness strategy. Between client projects, Samuel manages internal Mercer Marsh Benefits projects and pushing the technological journey within the Singapore team in areas of process simplification, automation, and rethinking the way we deliver value to our clients.
