Ernesto Guzman, Miami Office Leader at TMF Group
Ernesto started his career at TMF Group five years ago. Ernesto’s current focus is the expansion of inbound business into the US. Prior to his US role, he managed the provision of high-quality services to local and international clients across different service lines in his roles as Director of Client Services in Peru and Mexico.
Prior to joining TMF, he focused on improvement of internal processes, client service, and business development at Plante Moran and BDO. Ernesto has an MBA from the University of Michigan and is also a CPA.
Mike Morroni, Head of Business Development, North America at TMF Group
Mike is the North America Head of Business Development at TMF Group. Mike has been with TMF for over seven years living in a variety of locations including Miami, Hong Kong, and Switzerland with a continuous focus on helping clients expand into new jurisdictions and assisting them in making their global operations efficient and effective.
Prior to this Mike had 15+ years’ experience working in London and New York within services companies, including Control Risks Group, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Cantor Fitzgerald. Mike has an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and has visited over 100 countries.
Renee Haggerty, Global Entity Management Practice Lead, North America at TMF Group
Renee Haggerty joined TMF Group in 2020 as the Global Entity Management North America Practice Lead, with oversight of the teams in Canada, the US and Mexico. Renee ran the US Corporate Services where she developed the business and operations for Intertrust for ten years. Prior to this, Renee was a Senior Product Analyst within Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) and Goldman Sachs Hedge Fund Strategies LLC, where she was responsible for corporate governance and regulatory deliverables for funds domiciled in the US, Cayman, Ireland and the UK.
