Laurence has extensive experience in supporting Chinese companies investing and expanding business to overseas markets. He has exceptional knowledge and expertise of helping companies set up businesses in new markets across jurisdictions and stay compliant with the complex local regulations.
His wide experience encompasses multi-jurisdictional company incorporation, corporate secretarial, HR and payroll, bookkeeping and tax compliance, trustee, PERE fund incorporation and administration as well as pre-IPO structure and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) carve-out transactions.
Laurence joined TMF Group in 2014 where he works with bankers, tax advisors, lawyers and other partners to help Chinese companies localise their business expansion worldwide.
Laurence holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering and has been certified as a qualified accountant by CPA Australia. He speaks both Mandarin and English fluently.

An is a Vietnamese CPA and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK. She is currently a key member of the Executive Board of Vietnam Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to joining TMF Group in 2017, An was the senior manager for external audit services of EY Vietnam and head of internal audit at Prudential Vietnam. She has extensive practical experience in advisory projects with exposure to various Vietnam and foreign invested companies in an immense range of industries.

Long Nguyen - Head of Global Entity Management, TMF Vietnam
Long is a member of the Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF) and Ho Chi Minh Bar Association. Prior to joining TMF Group in 2020, Long headed the legal practice department at various Vietnam law firms with specialty in inbound foreign direct investment. With over ten years of experience in the legal industry, Mr. Long has gained valuable knowledge in commercial, investment and corporate laws, and his areas of specialty are in corporate, FDI, M&A and commercial laws.

Thu Nguyen - Head of Business Development, TMF Vietnam
Thu is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in the HR & Banking industry and she has strong knowledge on the local Vietnamese market. She has a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Griffith University in Australia. Prior to joining TMF Group in 2020, Thu's previous experiences include being a corporate relationship manager at the Standard Chartered Bank and a key account manager at Talentnet Corporation.
