In June 2016 all six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states signed the Common VAT Agreement. Saudi Arabia and the UAE introduced VAT at the start of 2018, and Bahrain is set to become the third GCC member state to introduce a VAT system from January 2019. Oman, Qatar and Kuwait are expected to follow.

Join TMF Group’s Middle East experts for a briefing on:

  • The challenges and lessons learnt from the introduction of VAT in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Upcoming VAT requirements for businesses operating in Bahrain
  • The consequences for international corporations
  • How to make sure your VAT implementation goes smoothly and compliantly.

You’ll also be able to join a Q&A session to explore specific VAT challenges and discuss solutions.
