TMF Group Holding B.V. successfully closes tap issuance on floating rate senior secured notes due 2018 and fixed rate senior notes due 2019

TMF Group Holding B.V., a global outsourced business services provider, today announced that it has successfully closed a €65,000,000 tap issuance on its existing floating rate senior secured notes due 2018 and fixed rate senior notes due 2019.

The issue consisted of €45,000,000 on its existing floating rate senior secured notes due 2018 with a coupon of Euribor plus 537.5 bps and €20,000,000 on its fixed rate senior notes due 2019 with a coupon of 9.875%.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund the pending acquisition of KCS Limited, an independent corporate services company, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes, which may include future acquisitions.

The aggregate outstanding amounts of the floating rate senior secured notes and fixed rate senior notes are now €450,000,000 and €195,000,000 respectively.
