Ben joined TMF Group in February 2020 and leads our UK and Ireland offices delivering our corporate, capital market and funds services. He has 20 years’ experience in global governance, expansion and transaction work with a focus on corporate, venture capital and private equity clients. Prior to TMF Group, Ben held several senior executive positions in the corporate services space along with working for Deloitte in Canada, the Cayman Islands and the UK. Ben is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.
