Jason Gerlis is the Managing Director of TMF USA, which specialises in supporting foreign businesses looking to expand into North America.
He has over 10 years of international outsourcing and change management experience. After graduating from Oxford University with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, Jason worked with Deloitte as a management Consultant, focussing on the public sector. Later he worked at Tesco as a Programme Manager, delivering cost reduction initiatives.
Jason joined TMF Group in 2013 as an Operations Manager, tasked with standardising and improving delivery across TMF Group’s wholly-owned network of offices. In 2014 he moved to Miami to run the USA office and help grow the North American business.
