Jessica Valenzuela is a bi-lingual attorney with experience in in-house corporate transactions, corporate compliance, entity set-up and business immigration. She oversees the management of the U.S. corporate secretarial division for TMF USA assisting clients with forming entities in the U.S., registering in multiple jurisdictions, and maintaining their on-going compliance. Jessica also assists outbound U.S. companies by providing corporate documents for use in foreign jurisdictions, and interpreting foreign requirements to correlate to the American corporate perspective for local understanding. She has experience with multi-jurisdiction management and implementation of entry to market set-up. She also is experienced in interacting with clients and non-legal departments to effectively communicate the implications of a legal matter.
