TMF Custom House Global Fund Services announces post acquisition management structure

Since acquiring the remaining 49% of Custom House Global Fund Services in February, TMF Group has been working on integrating its business and people with TMF Fund Services.

Local offices were involved to help identify the current structure of both companies, as well as the differences and similarities that we already have. 

The next chapter of the integration is now able to commence: the actual building of a strong TMF Custom House Global Fund Services organisation.

“From today, there is a new management structure in place at TMF Custom House which follows the matrix management system we have within TMF Group,” says Robert Jan Schol, Global Head of Funds, PERE and Emerging Business. “This helps us coordinate our local regional operating objectives in tandem with our business service delivery aims.”

The Board of TMF Custom House consists of three positions:

  • Head of Fund Services, Mark Hedderman: chairs the Board, is responsible for TMF Custom House performance, strategy and direction, and reports to the Global Head of Funds, PERE and Emerging Business
  • Finance Director, Helen Breen: responsible for overall financial leadership and business support; reporting to the Head of Fund Services and with an indirect reporting line to the CFO of TMF Group
  • COO, Kevin Walsh: overall responsibility for operational strategies that support TMF Custom House’s mission and goals; reporting to the Head of Fund Services and with an indirect reporting line to the COO of TMF Group.

The Board is supported by the Global Management Team, which is the key management committee and is chaired by the Head of Fund Services.

  • Head of Sales Europe: David Barry
