TMF Group, a leading provider of global business services, has been recognised in the Multi-Country Payroll Outsourcing (‘MCPO’) Service Provider Landscape and PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2017 (‘2017 Assessment’), published by Everest Group Research, as a ‘Major Contender’ and ‘Star Performer’, citing the group’s strength in end-to-end payroll processing, particularly for small-sized business clients.
The 2017 Assessment places TMF Group in a leading position when assessed by number of active deals (ie. live contracts to provide multi-country payroll services for clients). By this measure, TMF Group has a 65% market share compared to its closest competitor ADP, with 26%. When examined by MCPO market share, Everest Group found that TMF Group has the second-largest market share in Latin America, and third-largest in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
The report by Everest Group was compiled using its proprietary database of over 800 MCPO deals and the operational capability of thirteen MCPO service providers. Everest Group measures companies’ market success and delivery capability, then uses this information to create its PEAK Matrix™.
