The cooperation allows TMF Group to provide a ‘one stop shop,’ supporting foreign investors in Australia who require managed investment trust (MIT) services. With Evolution Trustees, TMF Group can now to offer clients investing in Australian assets a full suite of services in:
- Investment management
- Trustee and custody
- Fund accounting
- Corporate services, including company secretarial and registry services.
The combination of TMF Group’s experience in real estate and infrastructure and Evolution Trustees’ specialised Australian trustee capability provides a compelling, competitive alternative for offshore investors.
