TMF Group has been made aware of emails, purporting to come from our company, asking respondents to complete an "Escrow Agreement" in order that a bitcoin transaction can be undertaken.

We would like to make clear to that such emails have nothing to do with TMF Group. Please be wary of messages:

  • Which appear unformatted
  • Which contain spelling mistakes
  • Which appear to come from email addresses which do not follow our standard email format [firstname.surname@tmf-group.com]
  • Which suggest that TMF Group is currently involved in the trading of bitcoins.

TMF Group are consulting with lawyers over this issue and would appreciate it if all such emails could be forwarded to mc@tmf-group.com.
