It follows the successful renaming of the company's Structured Finance Services business.
TMF Group, a leading provider of high value business services to clients operating and investing globally, has renamed its Structured Finance Services business, today officially launching Capital Markets Services.
TMF Group has been providing services to the capital markets industry – under the Structured Finance Services banner – for many years, initially supporting securitization. However, the name no longer did justice to the broad cross section of capital markets activities that TMF Group now supports. While the Group clearly has a strong presence and market share in the securitization space, its service offering is in reality much broader and touches on:
- the loan market
- project finance
- aircraft finance
- Islamic finance
- the corporate bond market and provision of products.
With the launch of its’ Capital Markets Services business, TMF Group is offering a clearer, more concise view of where it can add value to clients.
