Press Release

TMF Group response to Novel Coronavirus (nCoV)

03 February 2020

There is widespread concern about the Coronavirus both in terms of its health impact on those infected but also the disruption to people’s lives and to the economy. We are monitoring the situation closely and have activated our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for our offices in China to promote safe working conditions for our people while minimising the impact on client service.

Precautionary measures that we have taken include flexible, remote work arrangements and protective equipment and procedures in offices including daily virus screening for employees.

If the situation worsens, our plans have a range of options including serving our clients from other operational centres across our 130 offices.

For now, I am pleased to say that our team on the ground are maintaining client service despite challenging conditions.

If you are concerned about the impact on your service from TMF Group or about the situation in China, please do not hesitate to contact us either through your current contact point or via this link so that we can best direct your question.

With kind regards,

Mark Weil
CEO, TMF Group
