TMF Group among top three global payroll solutions for second year running

10 January 2020

TMF Group has received another significant endorsement for its HR and payroll solutions after being ranked among the top three players in Everest Group’s Multi-Country Payroll (MCP) Solutions Peak Matrix™ Assessment 2019.

The 2019 Peak once again assessed different MCP providers on their market impact, vision and capabilities, but included additional criteria as part of this year’s research, particularly around technology capabilities. The findings mark another stamp of approval for TMF Group after also being named among the three leading providers and a ‘star performer’ by the analyst firm in last year’s MCP Peak.

Among TMF Group’s strengths highlighted in this year’s Peak are its global coverage, with local presence in over 80 jurisdictions seen as a key “differentiated delivery model”; its impressive revenue growth and its continued global expansion, and its wide scope of services – with it being able to offer and integrate tax, accounting, HR, payroll, expat payroll and corporate secretarial services as part of its mix of global solutions.

Anne Clifford, Global Head of HRP TMF Group, said: “We are delighted that our core strengths are making an impact in the market. We are proud that we are being recognised as a leader in the delivery of global HR and payroll solutions, and that we have solutions that lie across several business lines, offering businesses a more holistic and integrated approach.

“Further, that our strengths also lie in our people, and that we can offer on-the-ground expert support across so many different jurisdictions. That is reflected in the feedback from clients consulted as part of this year’s Peak, who rated us among the best for services capabilities and our engagement and commercial model.

“Looking ahead, there are a number of key developments in the pipeline that will improve our proposition even further, particularly as part of a major investment in technology that will make ours one of the most innovative solutions in the MCP space,” added Clifford. “We are continuing our digital transformation and 2020 promises to be a really exciting year for us at TMF Group, as well as our clients.”

“The multi-country payroll (MCP) solutions market continues to witness rapid growth in the face of changing regulatory dynamics and evolving buyer demands,” commented Anil Vijayan, Vice President Everest Group. “The increased demand for technology led MCP services is prompting service providers to incorporate advanced analytics capabilities into their solutions. Given the intense competition in the market, providers are trying to differentiate themselves by integrating payroll and HR services along with expansion of their global delivery footprint to provide the complete payroll experience ecosystem to their clients.”
