Press Release

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

02 March 2020

Dear clients,

I want to update you on the steps TMF Group is taking in light of COVID-19.

Given the uncertain evolution of both the disease and the public response to it, we have convened a global working group who meet daily to monitor the situation and co-ordinate actions across TMF Group. Their objective is to make sure that however the situation develops, we are ready to maintain client service while keeping our people safe.

Fortunately, so far none of our employees or their families have been infected by the virus and our client operations continue without interruption. Business Continuity Plans (BCP) have been activated in China, Hong Kong and Italy, including remote working, and travel bans have been issued for all employees travelling to and from Italy, South Korea and Japan.

On Monday, 24 February employees returned to TMF offices across mainland China: Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Tianjin and have adopted work rotation arrangements to reduce the risk of possible exposure.

We continue with preventative measures in the workplace including screening of employees and visitors, regular disinfection of our working environment, and issuing of guidelines on protection against the Coronavirus. If the situation should worsen, our business continuity plans include options to serve clients from other operational centres across our network of 130 offices.

If you have concerns about business continuity, whether from TMF Group or elsewhere where we may be able to help, please do not hesitate to ask us either through your regular contact point or via this link

Regards

Mark Weil
CEO, TMF Group
