TMF Group has once again been positioned as one of the top three global MCP providers in the Leaders category, achieving this prestigious recognition for the third successive year.
Of the 19 firms assessed, TMF Group is the only global payroll provider to have been identified as both a ‘Leader’ and a ‘Star Performer’ by Everest Group, an independent research and consultancy firm.
Everest Group’s MCP PEAK Matrix® Assessment gauges the market impact, vision and capability of MCP service providers. The report is based on analysis of a proprietary database of more than 5000 contracts and year-round tracking of the leading MCP service providers. Key attributes assessed include market adoption, portfolio mix and value delivery, as well as technology and service capabilities, innovation, and investments.
The findings of this year’s assessment show TMF Group to be a Leader for its share of active deals by country coverage, as well as its market share of deals by buyer size, across each of the small, medium and large-market segments. TMF Group’s wholly owned global network – enabling it to offer payroll solutions in over 140 countries worldwide – along with its key client wins, and an increase in the number of clients on its proprietary TMF Horizon platform are also cited as strengths.
“TMF Group has successfully expanded its client base across segments and geographies, which has enabled it to grow well above the market average” said Anil Vijayan, Vice President, Everest Group. “It is further investing significantly in its payroll solution to stay ahead of the curve, which has helped position it as a Leader and Star Performer on the PEAK Matrix® assessment.”
Adele Ewing, Global Head of HRP at TMF Group, added: “I’m especially proud that TMF Group is the only provider to receive the dual award of being named both a ‘Leader’ and a ‘Star Performer’ in this year’s assessment. This outstanding achievement reflects the continued hard work of our 1500-strong team of HRP professionals and the superb service they provide to our clients.”
