Investor portal

Our clients interact with their investors through the TMF Group investor portal powered by Investment Café from eFront. This cloud-based portal securely facilitates communications with investors including fundraising and the subscription and AML/KYC processes. It gives investors access to all fund notices, reporting documents and statements, as well as dashboards associated with their funds administered by TMF Group. 

For the more tech-savvy investors, Investment Café is an elegant, intuitive and well-regarded tool. For those who prefer to depend on the experts, our team will help you or your investors with the subscription process or answer any questions investors may have.

LMS

TMF Group utilises a Loan Management System (LMS) for loan administration and servicing. It allows clients to use a fully customisable tool with options to adjust reports and layers on the platform. We can store key information on your debt instruments in multiple currencies, providing currency revaluations, the ability to generate repayment schedules, automated interest transactions with flexible interest calculations and withholding tax calculations, while making use of all commonly used day-count conventions. Additional modules include direct debit processing, receivables factoring, notification runs, deals and related fee schedules, waterfall transactions and sub-transactions.

Client access to the data stored within the system is made possible via a portal which has workflow capabilities, enabling fund managers to enter transactions such as repayments and principal increases directly. LMS integrates with FIS Investran, our main fund accounting platform, making it a powerful tool for our private debt clients.

Anaplan – analytics and portfolio reporting from ESG to valuation solutions

We utilise Anaplan to simplify and drive complex data structures, analytics and operational outcomes straight to our clients. This allows us to provide clients with a single source of truth and a real-time view of their financial data, allowing for agile and strategic decision making and the ability to combat risks in daily operations.

Flexible service and technology model

Rather than steer a client towards a specific TMF Group service delivery model, we have the expertise to customise how we work with you. This includes the ability to log in to the many technology platforms typically used by funds. Our staff are experienced in a variety of accounting systems, investor portals and other technologies commonly associated with fund management.

Fund accounting

The primary portfolio accounting platform utilised by TMF Group is FIS Investran, the leading industry-wide fund accounting platform. Investran is capable of handling the full suite of fund administration functions, including portfolio accounting, profit and loss, waterfall calculations and allocations to investor capital accounts. We utilise Bloomberg data integrations to automate and ensure consistency across our application portfolio

Enate – digitised workflows integrated with other applications, SOC embedded

Enate is a service orchestration solution that combines processes, workflow and capacity management. It allows us to manage work across a human and digital workforce and can easily be integrated with existing applications and future automation technologies. Through Enate our teams can collaborate efficiently to complete our processes on time, while ensuring global best practices and required checks (including SOC) are followed. Additionally, Enate offers us the data we need on our service delivery to continue improving our services and processes.
