Aynsley Vaughan (Moderator), Global Head of Private Wealth and Family Offices - TMF UK.
Aynsley is responsible for the Private Wealth & Family Office proposition, further building relationships with key intermediaries in London and positioning TMF Group alongside leading industry providers.
Aynsley has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector working in both the onshore and offshore markets. She has spent past decade focusing on corporate trusts, specifically in Employee Benefit and Share Ownership Trusts and related incentives structures for a variety of companies and their founders.
Aynsley started her career in the Channel Islands and worked closely with professional intermediaries and their HNW clients to structure their wealth effectively and efficiently. Aynsley then spent 10 years with large multinational bank building their Global Stock & Rewards Services business servicing FTSE 100, 250, AIM listed and private companies and joined TMF in 2021 after some time with an independent trust company.

Bernadette Carey is a partner and the head of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands Trust and Private Wealth team.
Bernadette has a broad private client practice advising on wealth structuring and estate planning matters, including the administration, restructuring, and termination of trusts, as well as probate and testamentary issues. She also has significant experience in trust litigation, regularly appearing before the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands on multi-party non-contentious applications and contentious trust disputes, as well as in respect of estate litigation and other cross-border private client disputes.
Bernadette is an International Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel, and a long-standing Council Member of the Cayman Islands branch of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners. She is recognised for her trusts and private client work by Chambers, Who's Who Legal, and Legal 500 with market sources describing her as 'incredibly hard-working' and 'really first class".

Laura da Ascenção is a Commercial and Independent Director of TMF (Cayman) Ltd. (“TMF”).
Laura assists clients with the implementation and maintenance of their Cayman and/or international structure to ensure full compliance. Laura acts as independent director on Cayman fund and corporate entities, including financing & leasing companies. Prior to joining TMF, Laura worked at Intertrust for over fifteen years and assumed various roles such as a Vice President in Cayman, Company Lawyer in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Trust Officer in Curaçao. She acted as an independent director on boards and as a Money Laundering Reporting Officer on Fund and Capital Markets client entities. In addition, she was responsible for the implementation of various regulatory services pertaining to Funds and Corporate clients as well as managing a client portfolio.
Laura has extensive knowledge on Cayman regulatory matters, corporate (re)structuring and international corporate governance. Laura holds a bachelor degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (Management, Economics, Law), is an accredited director, a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and a member of the Chartered Governance Institute in Canada.

Sue Nickason is a VP at Dart Family Office in the Cayman Islands.
Sue represents Dart at single family office gatherings and on advocacy and thought leadership initiatives, and assists other families interested in learning about Cayman’s value proposition for the purposes of corporate relocation or residency.
Originally from Canada, Sue moved to the Caribbean over a decade ago. She holds an MBA from the University of Guelph and a BA from Mount Allison University, as well as certificates in board directorship, investment migration, revenue management and protocol. She serves on the boards of Cayman Finance and the Cayman Islands Family Office Association, and she is a member of Private Client Global Elite and 100 Women in Finance.
