TMF Business Process Outsourcing, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter “TMF”) whose address is Presidente Masaryk no. 111 piso 1, Colonia Polanco V Sección, Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11560, Mexico City, is liable for the use and protection of your personal information.

TMF, the liable party for the use, protection and handling (obtaining, disclosure, storage, use, transfer or disposition) of the personal data provided, hereby informs you pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Act on the Protection of Personal Information held by Individuals (hereinafter "the Act") and its Regulations, in order to guarantee privacy, and under the terms applicable to this Privacy Notice, the following:

The personal data that you freely and voluntarily provide to TMF as an investor partner of TMF clients will be used in order to comply with the personal background checks on partners and investors required by Mexican and international standards to prevent money laundering, financing of terrorism and corruption. The personal data collected are the following:

1. Identification and proof of identity
2. Equity Information
3. Contact information

Furthermore, we may use your personal data for the following purposes, which are not necessary for the requested service, but will allow for and facilitate better attention:

1. Sending informative emails about news and/or updates of various national and international topics, which may be of interest.
2. Sending promotional information about our services and events.
3. Conducting surveys, statistics, or studies to carry out comparative evaluations of our activities and business processes.
4. Activities tending to promote, improve and evaluate our services.

In case you do not want your personal data to be used for these purposes, we ask you to send us an email to the following address privacynotice.mexico@tmf-group.com, which will allow TMF to make the corresponding registration. In the event that you do not expressly state your refusal, it will be understood that you authorize the use of your personal data for such purposes.

In order to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, TMF will not use personal data legally considered sensitive.

We inform you that your personal data may be transferred and handled nationally and internationally, should there be any necessity to complement the purposes previously listed in this Privacy Notice, for which reason personal data may be shared with third parties, TMF shall ensure, through the signing of agreements and/or   the   adoption   of   other   binding   documents,   that   third   parties   have administrative, technical and physical security measures that implement or provide the same handling that TMF would give it. Such third parties may only use personal data for the purposes for which they are liable and pursuant to this Privacy Notice. TMF may transfer your personal data to other subsidiary companies, branches or any other affiliate belonging to the group to which TMF belongs, provided it is solely for support, help or assistance of TMF in order to fulfill the purposes for which it was contracted.

As the owner of your personal data, you are informed of your right to exercise the ARCO rights described below, know what personal data TMF has collected, its use and conditions of use. You also have the right to request the correction of personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete, to be removed from our records or databases should you consider that it is not being used pursuant to the principles, duties and/or obligations set forth in the applicable regulations, and object to the use of personal data for specific purposes.

You have the right to revoke your consent, as well as to object to the handling of your personal data for nonessential matters regarding your legal relationship with TMF. However, you must consider that for certain purposes, revocation of your consent will imply that we will be unable to continue the existing work relationship thus terminating our relationship.

To exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection provided for in the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "ARCO Rights") described in the previous paragraph, the corresponding request must be submitted via email privacynotice.mexico@tmf-group.com to Nancy Dominguez Castillo.
