Office space

We offer turnkey furnished offices for rent in the Labuan IBFC. Shared office resources and front desk support are available if and when required.

Labuan work permits

We assist expatriates with their work permit application and submission to the Labuan authority and Immigration Department of Malaysia.

Financial services licence

Financial services such as banking, insurance, fund management, money brokers, leasing etc., require a licence from the Labuan authorities to conduct business. TMF Labuan has the expertise and experience to assist clients to obtain these licences.

FATCA and CRS compliance

We have a specialised team to take care of clients’ FATCA and CRS compliance and reporting obligations.

Ship registration

Certain benefits are available to shipowners when the vessel is registered with the Malaysian International Shipping Registry. TMF Labuan can assist with end-to-end process of the ship registration.
