South Africa: The African powerhouse

A promising destination for foreign investments

South Africa is recognised as one of the most advanced, diverse and promising emerging markets in the world. With a world-class business infrastructure, a robust regulatory framework and double taxation agreements with many countries - including Mauritius, Cyprus and Malta - South Africa has earned its reputation as the powerhouse of Africa.

It’s certainly widely recognised as an essential gateway to the Africa. With 200 to 300 million people set to reach middle class status across Africa, the continent is primed for a considerable amount of growth. In fact, the McKinsey Global Institute considers Africa to be the world’s second-fastest-growing region, creating new and exciting business opportunities for international organisations to invest and expand with the robust, vibrant and bustling economy.

A favourable exchange rate, low cost of doing business and a high standard of living makes investing in South Africa fiscally sound and great value for money.
